壁穴補修 パンチ穴開けて海外へ逃亡 大阪府門真市
賃貸管理会社様からのご依頼でした。
これはなかなかないケースですが、入居者が日本語もあまりできない海外からの研修生で、
その会社での研修期間中に、自国へ帰国してしまい、管理会社担当者さんが部屋に入ってみると
部屋の壁に穴があいていたというお話でした。
何年かに１度は、夜逃げしてそのあとの部屋の修理のご依頼を、管理会社さんからいただいたことはありますが、、、。
事情な何にせよ、うちらは綺麗に修理するのみです。
先月に大阪城に行ったとき、綺麗に撮れた１ショットです。
ナイトモードでうまく撮れば、こんなにきれいな写真が撮れるんですね。
けど、このナイトモード。
うまく機能するときと、そうでない時があるんです。
なぜかまだわかりません。
日に日に進化する、携帯。
出来るだけうまく機能を使って、うまく写真を撮りたいもんです。
英語の勉強をしているので、英作に挑戦します！

I could take a good shot like this because of night-mode of iPhone .
But , this funcions , night-mode . So difficule to use .
Sometimes it’s working good , sometimes it does not work .
Recently , these gudget functions are advaning a lot .
I would love to use them effectively .

Here’s a shot I took when I visited Osaka Castle last month. It came out beautifully.
Night mode can produce such stunning photos if you capture them well.
However, this night mode feature sometimes works perfectly, and other times it doesn’t.
I still don’t quite understand why.
Mobile phones are evolving day by day.
I hope to make the best use of their features and capture great photos.
